Our orders are proccessed and shipped within 1-5 business days. On average, it takes 1.5 business days to ship an order.
Our shipping times are as follows:
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe: 3-10 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Brazil: 5-20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
We don’t offer shipping upgrades.
We charge 5$ for orders sent to the US or Canada, and 7$ everywhere else. However, we also offer free shipping for orders over 50$. So if you add two or more prints to your order, the total shipping price will be 0$.
Once your order is shipped (1-5 business days), we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track your order.
We’ll automatically generate an invoice for your order right after purchasing.
Our posters aren’t shipped with frames, which means that you’ll need to buy one yourself. We don’t ship with frames, because it’s incredibly inefficient. The total cost would be at least 3x higher, which means that it’s cheaper for you to just find a frame locally.
We offer popular sizes for the US (12×18, 18×24, 24×36 inches) and other countries that use the metric system (30×40, 50×70 cm). We advise purchasing a print that uses the measurement system where you’re from (metric vs imperial), because it will be much easier and cheaper for you to find the right frame locally.
All of our posters are manufactured by our printing partner Printful, which is pretty much known as the best-in-class print provider. We’ve partnered with them because it would be ineffective for us to print everything ourselves – we’re just a small design studio after all. We researched and tested mulitple printing companies, and we went with Printful, because their prints are in perfect quality, and they offer the fastest proccessing and shipping times.
Another benifit of this business model is that it’s friendlier to the enviroment. An order is produced only whenever someone purchases it, so there are no leftovers of unsold products. Printful has manufacturing locations in the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe, so the shipping distance is shorter, which results in less emmisions. This also means that you won’t have to pay import taxes when ordering from the EU, UK, Canada, or US.
So as an example, if you’re from the US, your print will be sent from the US. If you’re from the UK, it will be manufactured in the UK, and so on.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer personalized designs of our maps (as in any edits in the trail, interest points, etc.).
We’re continuously adding new trails ourselves, and we’d be thrilled to hear your suggestions! Feel free to message us using our contact form, and let us know what kind of trail you’d like for us to make, and we’ll reply as soon as possible. We only cover somewhat popular trails though, and they should be at least over 10 miles in length. If we accept your suggestion, we’ll finish the map within 1-2 weeks and you’ll be able to order it when it’s posted on our site just like any other of our posters, without any additional costs.
If, for whatever reason, you want to return a poster, you can do it within 30 days of receiving it. You’ll only have to pay for return shipping, and we’ll refund you the full purchase amount. We only accept returns for posters that are in the same condition as to what you received them in.

Sometimes the prints arrive damaged due to improper handling during the shipping proccess. If your print arrives creased or folded, we will ship a replacement free of charge. All you have to do is contact us using our contact form.
You’ll need to make an image where:
- The damaged poster is laid out on a flat surface.
- The poster is visible in full (the whole print), so we can make sure that it’s the correct print.
- In the same image, you can see the creases, folds, scratches, or other damage.
- The print is photographed in natural lightning, so that everything is clearly visible.
You won’t need to return the damaged print – we’ll just send a new one compeltely free of charge.
Our prints are shipped in cardboard triangles, instead of tubes, to completely eliminate plastic packaging. This means that they’re slightly more susceptible to damage. So unfortunately, sometimes acctidents like this may happen.
