Shipping and Returns

Our orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. On average, it takes 1.5 business days to ship an order.

Most commonly, our prints are delivered to North America and Europe in 5-7 business days after placing the order. On some occasions, it may take longer.

Our guaranteed delivery times are as follows

• United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe - 12 business days after placing the order.
• Everywhere else: 20 business days after placing the order.

Our shipping costs are as follows:

• USA: 3.50 EUR
• Canada and European Union: 5 EUR
• Everywhere else: 10 EUR

However, we also offer free shipping for orders with 2 prints or more. So if you add two or more prints to your order, the total shipping price will be 0 EUR.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track your order.

If for whatever reason, you want to return a poster, you can do it within 30 days of receiving it. You'll only have to pay for return shipping, and we'll refund you the full purchase amount. We only accept returns for posters that are in the same condition as when you received them.

We don't accept returns for customized prints.

Sometimes the prints arrive damaged due to improper handling during the shipping process. If your print arrives creased or folded, we will ship a replacement free of charge. All you have to do is contact us using our contact form.

You'll need to make an image where:

The damaged poster is laid out on a flat surface.

The poster is visible in full (the whole print), so we can make sure that it's the correct print.

In the same image, you can see the creases, folds, scratches, or other damage.

The print is photographed in natural light so that everything is clearly visible.

You won't need to return the damaged print - we'll just send a new one completely free of charge.

Our prints are shipped in cardboard triangles, instead of tubes, to completely eliminate plastic packaging. This means that they're slightly more susceptible to damage. So, unfortunately, sometimes accidents like this may happen.
