Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days after delivering the order, regardless of the reason. To return your order, please get in touch with us using our contact form. You must pay for return shipping and send it in the same packaging. The poster also has to be in good condition.

Refunds and Reshipments

If your poster arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, we will issue a full refund or ship you a new poster free of charge, depending on your preference.

If the order arrives damaged, you will need to send us some proof by making an image with the damage as well as the full poster visible in the same photo.

Exceptions

We don't accept returns for customized posters.
