The Main Range Walk (Other called "Main Range Track" or "Mount Kosciuszko Loop") is a 22 km loop trail in the Kosciuszko National Park, New South Wales, Australia. It takes you up the highest peak in the Snowy Mountains (other called the Australian Alps), and in fact also the highest peak in Australia itself - Mount Kosciuszko. It's considered a somewhat difficult hike, but it's pretty short and can easily be finished within a single day. It's considered to be one of the most beautiful hikes in Australia because it offers completely different views - snow fields, alpine meadows, mountain huts, pristine lakes, and crystal-clear rivers. It's one of the most popular hikes in Australia, so during the summer months, the trek can be quite crowded.
