About The Great French Trail
Hexatrek (other called The Great French Trail), is a long-distance hiking trail in France, Europe. It stretches a bit over 3000km from Wissembourg to Hendaye. It's a somewhat new hiking trail but it has gained a lot of popularity in recent years because it's one of the longest, well-marked, organized hiking trails in Europe with a healthy thru-hiking community. It takes you through the most beautiful parts of France, including the two great mountain ranges - the Alps and the Pyrenees.
