About the Heysen Trail
The Heysen Trail is a long-distance hiking trail in South Australia. It starts at Parachilna Gorge in the north and finishes at Cape Jervis in the South. It's one of the longest thru-hiking trails in Australia and crosses very diverse landscapes, ranging from bushlands, forests, coastal areas, steep gorges and cliffs, and many historic towns.
